CORE Tent Library Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY.
1. The Free Use Agreement. CORE Equipment agrees to offer dues paying members of the Midwest Krawlers Off Road Club, in good standing, residing in the greater Kansas City metro area, free use of available property, in this case camping tents as provided by CORE Equipment, for recreational use only.
2. Your Usage. You agree to borrow, from CORE Equipment, the property described on the “TENT REQUEST” submitted by you, which agreement is solely a transfer of possession, and not of ownership. All property must be returned on date agreed upon, clean and free of damage.
3. Return of the property. You agree to return the property to us in the same condition you received it, on the date, at the time and to the location specified in the agreement. If returned later, you may also be charged a late return fee of $50.00 per day. You may not return the property outside of the return location's operating hours unless specifically allowed by that location. If you fail to return said property, or return outside of normal operating hours, you are responsible and all charges required for repair and/or replacement will be invoiced directly to you.
4. Damage to/Loss of the property. Upon pick up of property requested by you, you agreed to be soley responsible and you will pay for all loss of, or damage to, the property regardless of cause. If the property is damaged, you will pay our repair cost if possible or replacement of item(s) as needed. You understand that you are not authorized to repair or have the property repaired without our express prior written consent.
