Q. What is your professional background? Where do you work, and what is/was your role there?
A. I owned an insurance brokerage for 10 years. I’ve been a criminal analyst for Spectrum for 2 years.
Q. How it began: How long have you been off-roading? What drew you to the sport?
A. I’ve had my jeep for 14 year’s. I used to mud when I was younger. I didn’t realize rock crawling was a thing until about 6 months after I got my jeep. 1st time I went crawling was wheeling for downs. Completely dumb, didn’t air down and was going through trails I had no business going on. Fell in love with it in the process even though all I heard was $ signs because I wasn’t aired down.
Q. Passions and Interests: What are your passions and interests related to the club’s activities? What motivated you to join the board?
A. I have a servant soul and love helping people.
Q. Vision: What is your vision for the club’s future? How do you hope to contribute to its growth and success during your tenure on the board?
A. I would like to bring back Freezin’ for a Reason. I miss the philanthropic side of things the club has gotten away from doing. Highway clean-up, helping with tornado clean-up. Children’s Mercy, parades, snow squad. I love this club and the previous board did amazing and I want to help.
Q. Community Involvement: Are you involved in any other community organizations or initiatives that align with the club’s values?
A. I’m a Free Mason. I try to help in the community as much as I can.
